My role in this project was the lead architect under supervision of David Cole. With my team within the office I managed the project, designed the plans and worked them out with my team. We went from concept design to the tender issue and we did the masterplan as well as two different types of villas.
Site plan
A private client had bought a small piece of land that he wanted to utilize as best as possible. We were asked to design his new future home + a maximum amount of copies in order to achieve this, we designed two types of villas, both with an introvert character. Whereby the courtyard inside the house lies and part of the living area is. This results in a maximum utilization of the available square meters, while maintaining privacy for the individual resident. The first floor is visually connnected with the ground floor which results in a spacious house for a family with two children.
