In the hallway in our home in Assen we were thinking how to make a shoerack, and other stuff rack, without getting the small space cluttered. This cabinet has adjusted to the size of the space and the opening door and it can hide plenty pairs of shoes, gloves, scarves and lots of keys and other little daily things. 
The challenge I gave myself as a designer was to make it as big as the space would fit, but make the whole thing out of one piece of 1,20 m x 2,40 m of bamboo plywood. This asked for some mathmematical problemsolving, but with the help of Dio we figured it out and we ended up with this beautiful hallway cabinet.
