Mission Playground is a starting entrepeneur with at the moment me and a few consultants who get me started. I do love to work together with other likeminded people, like designers, teachers, builders and other concept developers. to get this business better or to develop projects together.

Carlos Estevez | Communications and PR
I am Carlos Estevez, a Social Media and Communications Expert. Currently based in the colorful metropolis of Mexico City and yeah it does get very colorful during our Day of the Dead festival each November.
As an independent consultant, I get to travel a lot, and with that, I get to explore and experience different cultures and meet people from different backgrounds.
Besides loving all things relational, my superpowers include; running long distances, climbing easy routes, hiking, and collaborating with like-minded professionals to make a difference in our society.

Back in 2017, both; Mieke and I were working and living in Cambodia, I was then pioneering a climbing gym and a runners community. Mieke was working alongside BTC (Building Trust Cambodia) organizing Bamboo festivals and designing and building beautiful bamboo structures. We connected since then, and now I am teaming up with Mission Playground.
My current role as a social media guru is to lead the Social Media Channels as well as the planning and communications. We are doing our best to showcase and promote what we believe, our values, and our services.
Samnang ING | (Bamboo) and (BIM) Architect
Hi there, my name is Samnang and I come from Cambodia. I am an architect who applies BIM to coordinate projects based in Phnom Penh. Furthermore, I like to utilize my sketch to expand on my ideas and design innovation. I have experience designing several high-rise buildings in Phnom Penh, as well as participating in international projects.
Since my time in college, I have been enthusiastic about bamboo architecture. Bamboo, in my opinion, is more than a plant which applies to many things in daily life. In addition, I like to travel to different countries and explore different cultures, see things, and try new foods and meet people from different backgrounds along the way . In my leisure time, I like cycling and doing some exercises.
In 2017. I was volunteering in BTC (Building trust Cambodia) as an architect internship. I met Mieke, we had the opportunity to work along in various bamboo projects and since then we kept in touch, hoping to collaborate again on other bamboo dreams. Currently, We have teamed up to work on some bamboo playground designs and I am assisting her in developing the architectural education programs.
Dio Remmerswaal | Carpenter | Meubelmaker en Timmerman
Hoi, ik ben Dio en mijn uit de hand gelopen hobby is houtbewerken. Van grof timmerwerk tot heel precies werk zoals dat bij het maken van meubels nodig kan zijn, waarbij ik graag met handgereedschap werk vanwege zowel de uitdaging als de voldoening die dat biedt. Niet tegen het puristische af, machines zijn ideaal als er meters gemaakt moeten worden en er een uurtarief aan te pas komt.
Zo over de jaren heen heb ik de nodige ervaring opgedaan en ondertussen heb ik een aardige verscheidenheid aan projecten gerealiseerd. Verbouwingen, kasten, tafels, aftimmeringen etc. Ik ben sinds enige maanden als zelfstandig timmerman/ meubelmaker aan het werk na bijna 25 jaar gevaren te hebben als hoofdmachinist op de grote vaart. Ik ben daardoor van vele markten thuis, oa loodgieterswerk, ijzerwerk en machinereparatie zijn mij ook niet onbekend.
Naast deze hands-on klussen die ik graag doe is klimmen één van mijn grotere hobby’s. Dus als je me niet thuis in de werkplaats kan vinden, hang ik vast ergens in de rotsen of sta ik in de klimhal van Groningen.
Mieke was oorspronkelijk een klimvriendin, maar nu we allebei meer met bouwen bezig zijn, zijn we een samenwerking aangegaan waarbij Mieke het ontwerpgedeelte doet, en ik het hout bewerk tot we het gewenste resultaat hebben.
